About Me

Hi and thanks for taking time to stop by and visit me.  My name is April, nice to meet you (so to speak). 

So, I decided to start blogging kind of as a way to relieve stress and decompress. Life is pretty crazy. I have been married to the love of my life, Matt, for over 10 years now.  We have two children a 4 year old girl, Jordyn, who thinks she is going on 20; and a 6 year old boy, Noah.  I work a full-time position as an HRIS Analyst. I am also a full-time Wife and Mommy (and I love every crazy minute of it!).

It seems like there just are not enough hours in any day, week or month for that matter to complete everything that I need to. I constantly feel overwhelmed and all that I can do is search for a moment of peace through it all. Some days that seems nearly impossible. When I can feel myself getting close to the edge, I know I have to make myself take a break. God has shown me that this is a place for me to find that calm... just searching for just a Touch of Tranquility.
